By accessing this website, requesting an estimate, or hiring Leander Roofing Company for any work, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Scope of Services

Leander Roofing Company provides residential and commercial roofing services, including roof repair, replacement, storm and hail restoration, and related work in Leander and the surrounding northwest Austin metro. The specific scope of any project is defined in the written agreement for that project. Information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute a binding offer.

Estimates and Quotes

Our roof inspections and estimates are free. An estimate or quote is an approximation based on the conditions visible at the time of inspection. It is not binding until both parties sign a written agreement. If hidden damage, such as rotted decking or compromised underlayment, is discovered once work begins, the price and scope may change. We will inform you and obtain your approval before performing additional work that affects the price.

Payment Terms

Payment terms, including any deposit, progress payments, and final balance, are set out in your written agreement. Final payment is due upon completion of the work unless the agreement states otherwise. Balances not paid when due may be subject to late charges as permitted by law.

Warranties

We provide a written workmanship warranty on our labor as specified in your written agreement. This workmanship warranty is separate from any manufacturer warranties on roofing materials, which are provided directly by the manufacturer and subject to their own terms and registration requirements. We will help you understand both, but we do not extend or modify a manufacturer warranty.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leander Roofing Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to the work is limited to the amount you paid for that work. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Insurance Claims Disclaimer

We are happy to document damage and assist you with the roofing portion of an insurance claim. However, we do not act as your insurance adjuster, and we do not guarantee that any claim will be approved or paid. Coverage decisions are made solely by your insurance carrier. You are responsible for your deductible and any amounts not covered by your policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or county where the work was performed.
